How to make a push to talk feature on Teamspeak 3

  1. I figured that since we all switched to Teamspeak, some people might need help on binding the push to talk key.

    Steps:
    1. Press settings at the top-right of the Teamspeak screen
    2. Press options
    3. On the list on the side, press capture
    4. Check push-to-talk
    5. Press the no Hotkey assigned button
    6. Put in a key
    7. Press ok
    8. Press ok

    Thing is.. your asked if you want push to talk during the setup/after the setup.

  3. PTT (Push to Talk) is manditory. No open mics, and yes drew, but what if we already have TS3 yet that isnt set up?

  6. im having a problem my mic isnt working with team speak its a usb mic it worked fine with vent but its not working with ts

    Hey cookie
    Ok, go to playback devices ( right click on the speaker in your task bar) goto recording devices
    Set your USB mic as default
    Then try to go to team speak and set it
    If that doesn't work
    Try looking up compatibility for the mic
    Download newest drivers

  8. Is voice activation allowed? I don't plan on using it because my turtle beaches pick up everything, but I'm just wondering.
