  1. I wasn't going to spend $1000 on this build and spent around $600 and got a pretty decent build, but I just wanted some suggestions for the future

    Specs:
MoBo: Gigabyte FX(crap I can't remember the rest think it was like a 9-100 or something)
    CPU: AMD FX 6100 6core @ 3.7ghz
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7770 1gb ddr3
    PSU: Corsair TX850M
    RAM: 12gb Kingston DDR3 Memory
    HDD: 1 tb Seagate
    SSD: 126gb Intel

Really nice build. I need to rebuild mine and upgrade the mobo. Still have a 1156. I want a 1155 so I have more support for a wider range of processors. I can't even find another 1156 board anymore. $300....

  4. You might want to look up exactly what mobo that is. You want to get a good motherboard so that you have lots of room for upgrades in the future.

$300 - $350. I don't need a monster machine. I would prefer a quad core intel instead of my dual core intel i3.

  7. what you should have done was save 100 bucks on not getting an ssd, and intel ssds arent the best any more, gotten 8 gigs of ram, and get a better video card like an xfx 7870 like me. Or even an intel i5 cpu. but the psu was wayyyyy overkill for a little 7770

  8. Lmao I know the PSU was overkill but I'm planning on crossfiring with 2 7770s and I do a lot of video editing so I needed 12 gb of ram

  9. okay, but 2 7770s doesnt need that much power....i can run 2 7870s (which im doing now) on with a ssd hdd power hungry cpu 16 gigs ram, and like 5 case fans...and a power hungry cpu fan on my 650w psu...thats all you need...so its fine

  11. What games do you play with it and what FPS do you get on some of the more intensive ones? I'm building one soon, and I want to know some good game FPS stats other than just benchmarks.
