    Jail Rule Changes

    Terrorists (Prisoners)
    T's can knife CTs who bait without chasing the CT, detouring or delaying the orders to knife the CT.
    Counter-Terrorists (Guards)
    No favouritism and no special treatment unless earned in a game, exchanged for a gun or for being freekilled previous round.
    Hide and Seek
    CTs stay in armory. All Ts find a spot to hide in the reasonable time given by warden. Ts may hide in restricted areas except armory and cells. Ts cannot rebel with guns. Ts can kill CTs with knifes and nades but will not be classed as a rebel. CTs must kill all Ts they find except Last 2 Ts who get !lr. Failure to abide by these rules results in a slay in current OR next round.

  14. I find it annoying because alot of people, myself included have adapted to saying "No detours or delays" so it's weird not having to say it no more.

  17. No problem, By The Way The Hide And Seek Thing Is Probs The Best Rules, Makes It So It Doesnt Turn Into A WarDay, And Keeps It Fun, Fair And Legit For Everyone !

    i think you should change that i think if you knivekill a ct you should be allowed to use his guns but ONLY if you killed him not your friend your you pick up the guns on the ground

    Keep it at that, its simple and easy to understand.

  25. Well source sdk would be the best since its desgined for games like css, tf2 ect...

    But the actual tool is called Hammer
